Thailand’s tropical humid climate enables rapid reproduction of azolla in paddy fields and water networks. Excessive azolla causes water hypoxia and eutrophication, disrupting aquatic ecology, with no mature large-scale resource utilization solution locally.
Booming high-end organic agriculture in Thailand creates strong demand for pure natural soil amendments. Azolla-based biochar features low heavy metal content and high activity, perfectly fitting organic planting standards. Core On-Site Difficulties
High-moisture azolla is prone to deterioration and requires specialized pretreatment. The tropical high-humidity environment challenges equipment corrosion resistance and durability. Additionally, strict local environmental regulations require full-process zero-emission production.
Customized Technical Solution
A specially upgraded aquatic biomass dedicated continuous carbonization production line is customized for the project. The equipment is optimized with overall moisture-proof and anti-corrosion treatment, adapting to long-term tropical humid operation. Equipped with professional dehydration and drying pretreatment system, it solves the problem of difficult processing of high-moisture azolla. The full-closed oxygen-free pyrolysis process ensures that the finished biochar has pure texture, no impurities and high biological activity, fully meeting the raw material standards of international organic agricultural certification. The matched high-efficiency tail gas purification and waste heat recycling system fully meets local environmental protection requirements.
