Dingli Continuous Pyrolysis Equipment Successfully Applied In Overseas Biomass Carbonization Project

Recently, Dingli Group’s continuous biomass pyrolysis equipment was successfully installed and put into operation in an overseas project. The production line has been running steadily with positive customer feedback. The project mainly utilizes local biomass resources for carbonization processing, achieving efficient recycling of agricultural waste.

The project adopts a continuous pyrolysis production process equipped with an automatic feeding system, intelligent temperature control system, cooling unit, and exhaust gas purification system, enabling fully automated continuous operation. The equipment can process wood chips, coconut shells, palm shells, straw, and other biomass materials, producing biochar with high fixed carbon content and stable quality, suitable for fuel charcoal, activated carbon, and soil improvement applications.

To reduce operating costs, the project utilizes combustible gas recycling technology, reusing combustible gases generated during pyrolysis as fuel, thereby lowering energy consumption and improving overall thermal efficiency. With its compact structure, small footprint, and convenient maintenance, the equipment can meet the production requirements of customers with different capacities.
