Hefei Anhui Continuous Sawdust Carbonization Machine

Dingli Group has deployed continuous sawdust carbonization equipment in Hefei,to turn local wood processing sawdust into premium biochar.

Sawdust,a common byproduct from regional timber and furniture factories,was previously treated as low value waste.With our continuous carbonization machine,the material undergoes oxygen limited high temperature pyrolysis.Flammable gas generated during carbonization is recycled to supply heat for the whole system,achieving self sustaining energy circulation and near zero pollutant discharge.

The biochar produced from local sawdust has multiple applications.It can be blended to make carbon based fertilizer for farmland improvement,or further processed for industrial fuel production,or pressed into charcoal briquettes for clean fuel.

This carbonization setup adapts well to the climate of Anhui.It runs steadily for long continuous cycles and cuts manual operation demands.By converting local forestry residues into marketable carbon products,the project delivers economic benefits while supporting regional carbon reduction and circular economy development.
