Main Working Process of Garbage Pyrolysis Gasifier Plant

    The high-temperature cracking system for organic solid waste treatment is composed of a pretreatment system, a cracking gasification system, a gasification gas combustion system, a waste heat utilization system and a flue gas purification system.

  • 1. Pretreatment system

    The organic solid waste stored in the negative pressure wet material storage warehouse is transported to the magnetic separation conveyor using a cart. After removing the scrap iron that is harmful to the shredder knives, it enters the shredder, is broken into small pieces, and falls into the belt conveyor. After being transported to the waste heat drying machine, the materials are dried and then transferred to the dry material storage warehouse for storage.

  • 2. Cracking gasification system

    The dry materials are put into the closed regenerative gasification furnace through grabs and driving cranes. After passing through the high temperature and oxygen-depleted oxidation environment of 900-1200°C, the organic components are decomposed, volatilized and gasified, and converted into combustible gases mainly composed of CO, H2 and alkanes. Gases and residual inorganic matter are discharged in the form of slag.

  • 3. Gaseified gas combustion system

    The gas generated by gasification enters the secondary combustion chamber for complete combustion. The flue gas is burned with oxygen in the secondary combustion chamber to remove CO, SO and other harmful gases. The flue gas enters the waste heat boiler and subsequent flue gas purification system.

  • 4. Waste heat utilization system

    The high-temperature gas after combustion in the secondary combustion chamber exchanges heat through the waste heat boiler to generate saturated steam, which is supplied to the steam pipeline system of the paper mill.

  • 5. Material drying system

    The high-temperature flue gas after the denitrification reactor passes through the drum dryer, and the hot air enters the heated material to dry the material and remove moisture.

  • 6. Flue gas purification system

    The flue gas discharged from the boiler contains pollutants such as nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, and particulate matter. It is processed by the SNCR+SCR denitrification treatment system, desulfurization system, and wet electrostatic precipitator system to make the nitrogen oxide, sulfur dioxide, and particulate matter reach ultra-low emission targets before being discharged.
