How is the pyrolysis machine cooled?

2024-09-24

In the process of waste tire refining, cooling is a crucial link, which is directly related to the quality of the refined oil and the environmental friendliness of the entire production process.

In the process of waste tire refining, the oil and gas cooling system usually adopts circulating water cooling, which is an environmentally friendly and efficient cooling method. The system can effectively condense the oil and gas produced by cracking into liquid oil, while treating the non-condensable gas produced in the process.

Specific cooling steps

1. Oil and gas collection: A large amount of cracking oil and gas produced during the cracking process is first collected, and these oil and gas contain multiple components such as fuel oil (gaseous) and cracking gas.

2. Oil and gas cooling: The collected oil and gas then enter the cooling system. The cooling system generally uses a tubular condenser, in which circulating cooling water is used as the cooling medium. The oil and gas exchange heat with the cooling water in the condenser, and most of the oil and gas are condensed into liquid oil.

3. Oil product collection: The condensed liquid oil is further processed (such as oil-water separation) and sent to the oil tank for storage. These oil products can be used as fuel oil or other industrial raw materials.
4. Non-condensable gas treatment: During the cooling process, some oil and gas cannot be condensed into liquid, forming non-condensable gas. These gases mainly

contain light hydrocarbon components such as C1~C4, which have high combustion value. These non-condensable gases are collected and can be used as heating reaction media for cracking furnaces or sent to combustion chambers for combustion treatment.

Cooling system features

1. Environmental protection and pollution-free: The circulating water cooling method is adopted to avoid the environmental pollution problems that may be caused by traditional cooling methods.
2. High efficiency and energy saving: The cooling system can effectively condense oil and gas into liquid oil, thereby improving the recovery rate of oil products. At the same time, the use of non-condensable gas as fuel or reaction medium realizes the recycling of energy.
3. High degree of automation: Modern waste tire refining equipment is usually equipped with an automated control system, which can realize precise control and monitoring of the cooling process, improving production efficiency and product quality.

In summary, the cooling link in the waste tire refining process is a complex and important process, which involves the collection, cooling, separation and reuse of oil and gas. By adopting advanced cooling systems and process technologies, efficient, environmentally friendly and energy-saving utilization of waste tires can be achieved.
