Dingli Group Agricultural Waste Charcoal Briquette Production Line

Dingli Group has launched an integrated charcoal briquette production line to recycle agricultural biomass residues including straw,rice husk,wood chips and fruit shells.It turns low value agricultural byproducts into high quality charcoal briquettes to boost waste recycling and carbon emission reduction.

Adopting continuous carbonization technology,the production line converts biomass feedstock into biochar powder.The charcoal powder is extruded into briquettes under high pressure by briquetting machines,and a dedicated dryer ensures stable quality of final products.Flammable gas released in carbonization is recycled to supply heat for the whole system,realizing energy self sufficiency.The line supports long term continuous operation with low labor demand and low emissions.
