Raw Materials
Suitable to process wood, coconut shell, walnut shell, apricot shell, hemp pole, sawdust, rice husk, bamboo, coffee grounds, palm shell and other materials into charcoal briquette.
Working Process
Biomass raw materials (such as sawdust, rice husk, or wood chips) are first carbonized in a carbonization furnace under oxygen-limited conditions to produce charcoal. The charcoal is then crushed into fine powder and mixed if necessary, after which it is fed into a briquette machine for high-pressure molding into uniform briquette shapes. Finally, the formed briquettes are dried to remove residual moisture, improve strength and stability, and prepare them for cooling, packaging, and sale.
