After pretreatment,bamboo sawdust is carbonized in the continuous furnace to form porous bamboo biochar.Flammable gas produced during carbonization is recycled for self energy supply.The production line runs continuously with low labor cost and low emissions.Livestock manure is fermented to eliminate pathogens and odor,retaining abundant NPK and organic matter.Bamboo biochar mixed with rotted manure is granulated into finished fertilizer.The porous biochar locks nutrients,improves soil condition and realizes carbon sequestration,suitable for orchards,commercial forests and field crops.
