Rice husk with moisture content ≤12% can be directly processed without extra drying treatment, greatly simplifying production procedures and lowering pre‑processing investment. Built upon mature oxygen limited high temperature carbonization technology, the equipment enables flexible control over carbonization depth.

Full‑automated operation covers feeding, continuous carbonization, cooling and briquette forming. Combustible gas generated in the carbonization process is purified and recycled as heating fuel for the system.
