Rice Husk Carbonization Pyrolysis Production Line In Nigeria

Our customized rice husk carbonization Pyrolysis production line has completed on-site installation and commissioning, and was officially put into formal production in Nigeria. Adopting the classic DLTH2212 model continuous carbonization equipment, the production line features a stable processing capacity of 1.5t/h with reliable and efficient operation.

The production line is highly adapted to rice husk materials. Raw rice husks with moisture content ≤12% can be directly carbonized without additional drying procedures, effectively simplifying production processes, cutting operating costs and improving overall production efficiency.

Adopting mature oxygen limited high temperature continuous carbonization technology, the DLTH2212 equipment delivers stable operation and high carbonization efficiency. It efficiently converts local waste rice husks into high quality biochar and charcoal briquettes, which can be widely used for clean fuel, soil improvement and industrial carbon raw materials, realizing high value recycling of agricultural waste.
