The process flow of oil waste pyrolysis equipment is a complex process, which requires the coordination of various links to achieve efficient and environmentally friendly treatment of oil-containing waste. The process flow of oil waste pyrolysis equipment mainly includes the following steps:

1. Feeding

Oil-containing waste (such as waste oil sludge, oil residue, etc.) is transported to the pyrolysis equipment through a specific feeding system. The feeding system should ensure that the material can enter the pyrolysis furnace evenly and stably, and at the same time prevent leakage and blockage during the feeding process.

Preliminary screening and crushing of the feed to improve the pyrolysis efficiency. Large pieces of material are broken into smaller particles to facilitate full heating in the pyrolysis furnace.

2. Pyrolysis reaction

After the material enters the pyrolysis furnace, it undergoes pyrolysis reaction in a high temperature and oxygen-deficient environment. The pyrolysis furnace usually adopts indirect heating, such as heating the furnace body by high-temperature flue gas generated by burning fuel.

The pyrolysis temperature is generally between 400℃-600℃, and different types of oil waste pyrolysis equipment and materials may vary. Within this temperature range, the organic matter in the oily waste will undergo thermal decomposition to produce products such as oil, gas, carbon black and residue.

During the pyrolysis process, the temperature, pressure and atmosphere in the furnace must be strictly controlled to ensure the efficient and stable progress of the pyrolysis reaction. At the same time, problems such as coking and clogging in the furnace must be prevented.

3. Oil and gas separation

After the oil and gas mixture produced by pyrolysis is discharged from the pyrolysis furnace, it enters the oil and gas separation system. The oil and gas separation system usually uses condensation, adsorption and other methods to separate the oil and gas in the oil and gas mixture.

The condensation method is to reduce the temperature of the oil and gas mixture so that the oil vapor in it condenses into liquid oil, thereby achieving oil and gas separation. The adsorption method is to use an adsorbent to adsorb the oil in the oil and gas mixture, and then separate the oil by desorption.

The separated oil can be recycled, such as as fuel oil or chemical raw materials. The separated gas can be burned to provide heat for the pyrolysis equipment, or discharged after purification.

4. Carbon black treatment

After the carbon black produced by pyrolysis is discharged from the pyrolysis furnace, it enters the carbon black treatment system. The carbon black processing system usually uses methods such as crushing and screening to process carbon black into products of different particle sizes.

The processed carbon black can be recycled as fuel, rubber filler, ink pigment, etc.

5. Residue treatment

The residue produced by pyrolysis is discharged from the pyrolysis furnace and enters the residue treatment system. The residue treatment system usually uses landfill, incineration and other methods for treatment.

If the residue contains harmful substances, it needs to be harmlessly treated before landfill or incineration. Landfilling should be carried out in accordance with relevant standards to prevent pollution to the environment. During incineration, ensure that the combustion is sufficient to reduce the generation of harmful substances such as dioxins.

6. Tail gas treatment

A certain amount of tail gas will be generated during the pyrolysis process, and the tail gas may contain harmful substances such as dust, acidic gases, and organic pollutants. The tail gas treatment system usually uses dust removal, desulfurization, denitrification, adsorption and other methods to purify the tail gas.

After the tail gas after purification meets the national emission standards, it can be discharged into the atmosphere.
