What is plastic pyrolysis equipment?

Plastic pyrolysis equipment is a kind of equipment specially used to process waste plastics, which converts plastics into reusable energy or materials through the pyrolysis process.
Plastic pyrolysis equipment can process a wide range of raw materials, including but not limited to domestic waste, kitchen waste, medical waste, solid waste, waste plastics, waste tires, waste rubber, acrylic, various sludge, various waste cable skins, waste soles, etc.
Working principle of plastic pyrolysis equipment
The working principle of plastic pyrolysis equipment mainly includes pre-processing process and pyrolysis process:
1. Pre-processing process:
o The raw materials are shredded by the shredder into a uniform shape.
o The magnetic metal is removed by the first magnetic separation, and the non-magnetic metal is removed by the second magnetic separation.
o Convey to the feeder for feeding.
2. Pyrolysis process:
o Press the start button, the burner starts, and the pyrolysis kettle starts to heat.
o After the pyrolysis kettle reaches the set temperature, the feeder starts to transport the raw materials into the pyrolysis kettle for pyrolysis.
o The feeder feeds according to the PLC indicator variables to control the pressure and temperature in the pyrolysis kettle. The normal working temperature is between 400-420 degrees and the normal pressure is 6-10Kp.
o The raw material is melted from solid to liquid by heat, and then decomposed into gas and output from the outlet. The remaining impurities and ash are discharged by the tail slag discharger.
