The process of treating oil pollution with pyrolysis equipment is mainly based on the principle of thermochemistry. The heavy oil in the oil pollution is cracked into light oil gas, water and solid residue (such as carbon black or coke) at high temperature. The oil and gas generated in the reactor enter the oil and gas separation system, including equipment such as the catalyst chamber and condenser. After being buffered in the catalyst chamber, the oil and gas enter the condensation system for condensation and separation to obtain liquid oil and gas. The liquid oil can be temporarily stored or directly used as fuel, and the gas is discharged or reused after further treatment. The tail gas generated during the pyrolysis process contains harmful substances such as sulfides and nitrogen oxides, which need to be treated by the tail gas treatment system.
