Waste plastic pyrolysis recycling is an effective method of processing waste plastics using pyrolysis equipment. Pyrolysis equipment transforms waste plastics into high-value products under high-temperature, oxygen-free conditions. It provides an effective way to solve plastic pollution and recycle resources.

Plastics are composed of high-molecular-weight polymers, which are linked by chemical bonds to form long-chain structures. The principle of waste plastic pyrolysis recycling is to apply high temperatures to waste plastics in an oxygen-deficient or low-oxygen environment.

Pyrolysis equipment is the core equipment for waste plastic recycling. In the pyrolysis process, pre-treated waste plastics are fed into a pyrolysis reactor. Under oxygen-free or low-oxygen conditions, the waste plastics are heated to a specific temperature range by external heating. Under high-temperature conditions, the chemical bonds in the plastic molecules break, and the high-molecular-weight polymers gradually decompose into low-molecular-weight compounds.

When this plastic pyrolysis equipment heats the plastic to 300℃-800℃, the chemical bonds within the plastic molecules break, and the original long-chain macromolecules break down into relatively smaller molecular fragments. These small molecular fragments exist in the form of gas, liquid oil, and solid carbon black.

The plastic pyrolysis unit separates the oil and gas through a condensation system and a purification system, converting them into pyrolysis oil and syngas.
