Dingli Group presents a complete sawdust charcoal briquette production line deployed for Ethiopia's biomass recycling project.The system leverages local abundant sawmill residues to produce solid charcoal bars,catering to the local demand for clean cooking fuel and barbecue charcoal.

This integrated line adopts continuous carbonization technology.Sawdust from local wood processing is dried,extruded and carbonized in an oxygen restricted environment. Flammable gas generated during thermal decomposition is recycled to supply heat for the whole system,cutting external energy consumption and lowering operating costs.

The finished charcoal bars feature high density,stable calorific value and low ash content.Compared with traditional log charcoal,this recycled biomass charcoal reduces tree felling pressure,helping ease local deforestation issues.The end products can be circulated in domestic markets or packaged for cross border trade.This solution unlocks commercial value for low cost wood waste while delivering environmental benefits for local communities.
