1. Raw material preparation

2. Crushing

3. Drying

o The crushed raw materials contain a high moisture content and need to be dried by a dryer. The dryer usually uses airflow drying or drum drying to reduce the moisture content in the raw materials to about 10% (8-12%) to ensure the quality of subsequent rod making and carbonization.

4. Rod making

o The dried raw materials enter the rod making machine and are squeezed into wooden sticks (firewood sticks) with a certain density through the action of spiral propulsion and high temperature and high pressure. This step is a key link in the production of mechanism charcoal, and the quality of the wooden sticks directly affects the effect of subsequent carbonization.

5. Carbonization

o The finished wood sticks are loaded into the carbonization furnace or carbonization tank for oxygen-free combustion and carbonization. During the carbonization process, the wood sticks are cracked at high temperature, producing a large amount of smoke and combustible gas. These smoke will be recycled and converted into combustible gas for reuse to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. After the carbonization is completed, black machine-made charcoal is obtained.
