 1. Raw material pretreatment:

At high temperatures, the plastic undergoes thermal decomposition, the polymer chains break into small molecular chains, and gas, liquid, and solid products are generated.

 3. Product collection and processing:

The gas and oil generated during the pyrolysis process are condensed into liquids, while the solid residue remains at the bottom of the reactor.

The gas is usually further processed to recover energy or convert into other chemicals.

The liquid products (such as pyrolysis oil) can be further processed into chemical raw materials or fuel oil.

Solid products (such as coke or carbon black) can also be reused.
