Introduction to the process flow of tire pyrolysis equipment

Tires are refined through the cracking process. Cracking, also known as pyrolysis, thermal cracking, and thermal cracking, refers to the high-temperature decomposition reaction of organic matter in the absence of oxygen. It is a physical process that can transform a sample (mainly high molecular weight compounds) into several other substances (mainly low molecular weight compounds). The thermal cracking technology of waste tires is a method of heating waste tires or waste tire blocks in an oxygen-free or oxygen-deficient cracking reaction device for catalytic cracking to obtain products such as fuel oil, crude carbon black and steel wire. The small amount of combustible gas produced during the cracking process is used by the cracking system. The cracking method can realize the recycling of waste tires.
The process flow of tire pyrolysis equipment is as follows:
1. Feeding tires, generally about one or two hours, waste tires of about 1.4 meters can be directly fed as a whole tire, and large tires need to be cut before feeding;
2. Heating for about ten hours, generally oil and gas will be generated when heating for two hours;
3. Cooling, oil and gas are condensed into oil through the cooling system;
4. Tail gas recycling, in the process of heating and cracking, in addition to oil and gas, some flammable but non-condensable gases will also be generated, which we call "tail gas". This gas can be directly recycled for heating the cracking reactor to save fuel;
5. Carbon black and steel wire slag discharge, after the cracking process is completed, the oil and gas are out, and the residual materials in the reactor need to be discharged for a new cracking process. These residual materials mainly include steel wires used to make carbon black for tires.
